What ARM board should I buy?

I have a BFS (USB3) camera, and i want to make a mobile solution for my application, and was thinking of getting an ARM board. Do you have a recommendation on what ARM board I should get? Any minimum system requirements?

The ARM boards we would suggest would be ones that we have tested, or newer iterations of those ARM boards. If that is not an option, then making sure that your desired ARM board is using an OS we support (Windows, or one of the last three stable releases of Ubuntu).
