Can I mirror the images coming out of my camera?

Can I have the images be flipped horizontally, so that they appear mirrored?

  Yes, most Teledyne FLIR machine vision cameras have ability to mirror the image.  For the BFS, Oryx, and Forge cameras, users can use the reverseX and reverseY nodes.  Information on using these nodes can be found in the cameras reference manual, for example at Image Format Control - BFS-PGE-63S4 Version 1810.4.47.0 (flir.com).

  Older cameras such as the GS3, CM3, and Flea series cameras can also mirror in the X direction through register access, which can be found in the camera technical reference manual on their respective support pages, for example Grasshopper3 USB3 | Teledyne FLIR.
