Saving and loading camera setting from a file

Hello,

Is there a way to save camera settings to a file and reload it? We use the cameras for R&D with different applications and it would be good to have a saved setting for every application.

  Hello Raymond, 

  Yes, our new camera families (BFS, Oryx, Forge) support that. You can save settings to one of two user sets, download that user set and upload it to another camera (same model and firmware version). 

  In SpinView you can download and upload user sets on the File Access Tab. 

  We have a code example FileAccess_UserSet that shows how to do the same using the Spinnaker API. You can find more examples here: https://github.com/Teledyne-MV/Spinnaker-Examples
