    Hi Yang,
Could you please try to swap only the cameras and leave everything else, including the cables, in place? Do you see the other camera then or still the same one?
How do you connect the cameras to the PC? Are you using a switch? What operating system do you use?
    thanks

    Manuel

Capturing a wireshark trace of what happens when you plug the camera in may also help see what is happening.  You mention the LED turns on, can you please let us know the blinking pattern?

short-long-short means it is trying to find an IP address
short-short-short means it has found an IP and should be recognizable

    Thank you,

    Demos

    Hello,

I have a similar issue with FLIR Blackfly camera (BFS-U3-13Y3C-C) on Ubuntu 22.04. The camera works perfectly fine on windows. But, in Ubuntu, it detects the camera with lsusb, and the green light blinking pattern is short-short-short. But, spinview is unable to detect the camera. I have installed the necessary spinnaker sdk and followed all the instructions. Still doesn't work.
