spinview can't change settings

I have a series of 8 CM3-U3-31S4C-CS cameras that I am trying to get synchronized images from.
To do this i want to use an Arduino Uno trigger so I want to set all of their trigger modes on and their trigger input as line 3.
for one of the cameras Spinview does not show line 3 as an option and the trigger overlapping is also locked. he only trigger options I can change are between 'Software' or Line0.
I checked through all the settings but I couldn't find any dependent nodes that I might have missed.
Could you help me work out why this is happening for only one of my cameras and not the other seven?

Can you try selecting line3 from the LineSelector and ensuring it is set to be an input, and not an output?
Can you please send a screenshot of what your Digital IO feature tree (with line3 selected in LineSelector)?
It should not be a firmware issue, but can you also ensure you are using the same firmware on a working and non-working camera?

thanks for that. I tried doing those things and updating all the firmwares with the same file but it still wouldn't work on my 3rd party software the way it works for the other cameras.
Also I noticed that for the other 7 cameras, I did not have to select line 3 from the line selector and then select it on the trigger source. For some reason that is only this camera.
This camera in question also did not arrive with the other 7 cameras. It was part of a separate order.
Any thoughts?
