Acquisition seems to stop (Blackfly - SpinView)

I've been using the camera Blackfly s bfs-u3-16s2m powered by an externally powered USB hub for a while without problems. Recently, however, shortly after (<1s) beginning the acquisition, the video in SpinView stops updating.
Have you had any similar problems? What could be a potential issue?

Thank you for the response! However, we isolated the error to be from the USB ports of the computer (we tried with other computers and there it worked fine). So everything's fine now.

What do you have to do to make the camera work again when this happens?
Was it working fine on the same PC before?
Can you try running the camera on a different PC using a different cable? Possibly without the hub?Best regards,
