  There are different factors that could lead to spinnaker reporting incomplete packets on received frames. Most common factors that could cause this exception and how to address each of them have been explained in this KB article:

  With latest spinnaker 3.x and newer, GigE Network adapter can be further optimized including enabling media and CPU Affinity optimization, as well as dedicating processor to specific network adapter. Further instructions on how to implement this optimization using Adapter Config Utility part of spinnaker sdk are describe in below link:
