System cannot find camera (Oryx) until cameras are power cycled

When I start up my cameras and computer, the PySpin system is unable to find the cameras in system.GetCameras(), and only after I unplug and replug the power to the camera is it able to find the camera so I can interact with it (initialize the camera, capture images, etc.). Is there any reason why this might be happening? Does the order (powering the cameras first vs the computer first) of powering matter?

  Hi Ryan, what happens when you try to use the camera in SpinView in this case? Could you please attach a screenshot of that?
