spinnaker hangs

Anyone have problems where the getting the spinnaker system instance hangs?  

Specifically we have a FLIRCamera class that uses the spinnaker classes.  On some of our systems we have 2 cameras and some we have 3 cameras.

 

When we try to create these camera classes we do this method and at times we get to a point that this call to spinnaker never returns.

// Retrieve singleton reference to system object

if (system == nullptr)

{

system = Spinnaker::System::GetInstance();  <--- never returns

}

  Hello Shawn,

  I am not aware of similar behaviour with our sdk. Which spinnaker version is installed in this system? Have you tried with the latest version of spinnaker sdk https://www.flir.eu/products/spinnaker-sdk/ ?
  
  If the issue persist with latest sdk, I would recommend to open a ticket by using our contact form at https://flir.custhelp.com/app/ask. To ensure we are looking at the same issue, it would be great to include a sample code and steps that would enable us to replicate this on our side.
