Inquiry regarding GPS latitude/longitude and UTC time of image
Hello. I tried the following methods to obtain location and time information for captured images.
I used the Ladybug Cap Pro program.
I converted the GPRMC and PPS signals to TTS level and connected them to the GPIO of LadyBug5+.
I checked the bottom of the Ladybug Cap Pro and found that both GPS and PPS were displayed as true, confirming that the connection was normal.
When I checked the GPS data, the UTC time and latitude/longitude values recorded for 1 second were all the same.
I would like to know the UTC time and latitude/longitude values of each image frame, but since the values are all the same, I am having difficulty estimating the exact time/location of each image when it is captured. Please tell me how to get the exact GPS latitude/longitude and UTC time for each image frame.
And I confirmed that CAMERA TIME is output as PC time. I thought it would be output as UTC time corrected using GPS data, but it was output as PC time. I was wondering if there was a way to output it in UTC time.

Hello Youngjin,
Which firmware version is currently running in this camera? Fix Quality status "15" seems either GGA was not transmitted or did not pass CRC check due to noise. Hence, the reason GPS and camera clock are not synchronized.
The GGA NMEA sentence is very essential as its provide fix data for proper synchronization. So, I would suggest to double check the GPS data to ensure GGA sentence is included.
Besides, ladybugImageInfo API contain GPS information associated with each grabbed image. Here is KB article for more details and reference: https://www.flir.in/support-center/iis/machine-vision/application-note/using-an-external-gps-device-with-ladybug-cameras/
Please let me know whether provided information help to resolve the current issue.
