Ladybug 6 on NVIDIA Jetson - Accessing Live Stream Without Full SDK
Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to integrate a Ladybug 6 camera into a system based on NVIDIA Jetson hardware, but I'm running into some compatibility issues.
The Ladybug SDK only supports specific Ubuntu versions, and unfortunately these are not fully compatible with my setup.
My main goal is to be able to access the live image stream produced by the Ladybug 6, in any possible way.
Ideally, I would like to:
-
Access the real-time camera feed on the Jetson (even via network or minimal tools).
-
If feasible, find a way to use at least part of the SDK on a non-supported Ubuntu system, just to handle the image stream and basic functions -- ideally also those that allow mapping image positions to real-world coordinates.
Has anyone here faced similar limitations or tried to access the Ladybug camera stream on an embedded Linux system?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Marco,
I am sorry for the delay as we were hit by spam bots and your post was lost in the mix.
Unfortunately, we currently do not have ARM support for the ladybug SDK. We are looking into it for Q4, and we would test it on the NVidia Jetson (likely the Orin), but unfortunately we do not have a solution for you at the moment.
I can update this post and let you know once we have an ARM build for Jetson.
Thank you,
Demos
