Brickstream 2300 firmware???

I have a Brickstream 2300 and I need the firmware for this product, when I access the device the system shows me this message: "Camera Management - Update software or restart the camera"

I can't find this camera on the web, currently only gen 2 firmware is available.

  I am sorry, we didn't realize that you were not a partner.  We unfortunately offer the firmware only through our partner portal, as they are meant to be the ones that offer technical support for the sensors, not directly by us.

  Your issue may not be due to the firmware, and it may need more troubleshooting, so it is best to work with your partner on debugging and resolving the issue with your sensor.

  i try to login in that webside but i dont have a account, when i try to request help to my parner, they say me that i need to pay to support technical
