My BFS USB3 camera will not enumerate in CamExpert

Spinnaker 4.X and CamExpert can both support USB3 Vision cameras, but they use different drivers.  Therefore, if you install both packages, the last installed package will work.  To toggle between using the 2, you need to toggle the drivers via Device Manager.

For Sapera CamExport, using the USB3 Composite driver on the root node, and then select the Teledyne Imaging USB3Vision Camera driver for the camera.

For Spinnaker, use the USB3 Vision Camera as the root node (ie. do not use the USB3 Composite Driver).
