    Hello Matteo,

Can you help clarify why you are trying to re-calibrate the camera so often?  Our cameras are pre-calibrated and retain that calibration, with no need to recalibrate.  As such, we do not have a way to put your own calibration parameters onto the camera.

If you really want to do your own calibration with OpenCV, the only solution would be to get the raw images from the camera and do the rectification and stereo with OpenCV yourself.

I am curious about your use case where you feel you need to do this, if you can provide any context that would be helpful.

Regarding changing the output resolution of the raw frames, we do not have functionality to do this.

Please let me know if I can clarify anything further.

    Hello Demos,

We work in planetary exploration on a rover prototype, and perform tests in deserts at both day and night-time, so we do expect around 20deg of temperature gradient. We used to work with your older line of cameras like the Bumblebee2 and XB3 and we were used to recalibrate a few minutes before every dataset to ensure the best possible data.

Do you believe this is no longer necessary and the calibration is retained even with this temperature gradient?

Not being able to control the resolution of the raw streams is quite limiting, any idea if this feature is planned?

    Thanks and best,
    Matteo
