Increasing max framerate by reducing resolution

I'm interested in the BFS-U3-16S2M; what kind of max framerate can I get if I reduce the region to 640 by 480?

  Camera framerates increase with a decrease in vertical resolution.

  Teledyne FLIR reference manuals list framerates at certain standard resolutions.  For example, the BFS-U3-16S2M at 640x480 will run at 483 fps.  This can be found on Performance Specification Document (flir.com).
