What other accessories I need in addition to the purchased camera to stream images

I am aware that I require a USB3.1 cable for the Flea3 USB3 camera that I recently ordered. However, do I also require a GPIO cable? Would a USB cable suffice?

  Yes, it would!  USB3 cables can provide both data transfer and power to the cameras; GPIO cable can provide an alternate source of power, and can also be used to access optional features such as triggering the camera via an external hardware trigger, or strobing out to third party hardware.

  While you do not need a GPIO cable to stream images from the camera, other accessories that need to be considered are a lens and possibly a tripod mount adapter, both of which do not come with the camera.  The lens is essential, but the tripod adapter is optional if you have your own method of mounting the camera.

  You of course also need some kind of USB3 host controller, which can be your onboard USB3 port or a card.
