What is the recommended USB3 or GigE host controllers?

  We generally recommend the USB3 or GigE host controllers that we provide, as we have tested them to work well with our cameras.  Should you need to go with a third party source, then intel-based host controllers are generally known to work well with our GigE cameras. 

  For USB3 controllers, Fresco, Intel, and Renesas controllers have been tested to work well.  For specific testing for USB3 controllers, please refer to our Knowledge base at https://www.flir.com/support-center/iis/machine-vision/application-note/recommended-usb-3.1-system-components/.
