    This most likely is occurring due to the exposure time being too long, causing a reduction in framerate.  66 fps would mean the camera's exposure time is set to ~15,000 microseconds; reducing the exposure time to less than 1/current framerate (in this case, 1/88, or ~11000 microseconds), should allow you to run the camera at your desired framerate.
