Can't get max framerate

I have set my framerate to 88fps, but my camera is only running at 66fps.  I verified my camera is coming up as USB3 (Superspeed).  How can I get my max framerate?

  This most likely is occurring due to the exposure time being too long, causing a reduction in framerate.  66 fps would mean the camera's exposure time is set to ~15,000 microseconds; reducing the exposure time to less than 1/current framerate (in this case, 1/88, or ~11000 microseconds), should allow you to run the camera at your desired framerate.
