Camera Connection Issue with Spinnaker SDK

I connected the camera using the "Teledyne FLIR Neutrino LC USB/Analog VPC Kit" via a USB-A to USB-C cable. I downloaded and installed the Spinnaker SDK. I uploaded an example code from the SDK library; it compiles and runs (using Visual Studio) but doesn't detect the camera. Of course, I also powered the cooler. I can see the video feed when using the application.

What could be the problem?

  I'm afraid this camera cannot be used with Spinnaker. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with this product, since we deal with Flir's machine vision cameras only. Could you please contact your camera supplier about support for this device?
