How to install Spinnaker from command line

Can you please tell me when I can find the MSI installers for the latest Spinnaker SDK?
Also, just in case that something has changed since the last time I used them, please include usage information of the command line arguments.

  Users can get MSI install filers for the Spinnaker SDK directly from the support team.  To contact the support team, simply go to flir.custhelp.com, then select "ask a question".  Make sure to specify the exact version of Spinnaker installer you are interested in (as an example, you could request for Spinnaker 2.7.0.128, 64 bit).
